INDICATIONS
During the grooming of the horse you should pay special attention to the care of the mane and tail. In fact, nature has equipped the horse with these two anatomical components as an excellent means of defense against insects.
For this reason, in addition to the advice to avoid cutting them too short, it is also very useful not to tear them during brushing.
The tail hairs take about 6 years to lengthen and reach the normal length! Often, however, it is difficult to keep the mane and tail of a horse living outdoors in good condition. It can also happen that, if particularly ruffled, they become entangled during a contest between the hands and the reins of the knight, thus offering an unprofessional spectacle.
This is why the daily operation of brushing becomes basic and can be facilitated by the use of instant dryers such as the Detangler Vetrolin, which, thanks to its special concentrated formula containing silicones, instantly eliminates the knots from the tail and mane, leaving the silky and flowing hair.
The aid of the Vetrolin Detangler increases the volume of the tail and mane accordingly, releasing a fresh herbal fragrance.

Silicones have a special formula that eliminates knots easily and quickly, making the hair smooth, without damaging and drying it. This increases the volume of the mane and tail, which become more treatable and shiny. Silicones are present in many cosmetic products that are applied even before the complete drying on the hair, mane and tail. With these products “leave on” or “leave to act” you can avoid tearing hairs and tail hairs during brushing.
HOW TO USE
After making shampoo with Vetrolin Bath or Vetrolin Body Wash, apply 1-2 tablespoons of Glasslin Detangler on the tail and mane with the help of a brush. Continue treatment using small amounts of product until the nodes have been completely removed.

The conditioning agents enriched with Vitamin B5 form a thin film that prevents the accumulation of dust and dirt on the coat, on the tail and on the mane. It is essential to maintain proper hygiene from the horse so that no area can become the ideal soil for the development of any bacteria and fungi, which can spread rapidly on the horse’s coat, leading to widespread skin diseases such as fungal infections, especially when the horse’s immune defenses are reduced due to various types of stress.
CHARACTERISTICS OF ACTIVE PRINCIPLES
The protein-rich conditioning agents penetrate deeply into the hair, repair split ends, give shine to the coat and maintain the natural degree of moisture of the skin favoring elasticity. The conditioning agents are asked to carry out the functions of natural sebum, ie reduce static electricity, increase the brightness of the coat, without bringing about the negative characteristics of sebum. Vitamin B5, or pantothenic acid, plays the role of preventing the aging of the coat and the appearance of vitiligo. Pantothenic acid also protects against cell damage caused by excessive amounts of radiation. PABA or Para-Amino Benzoico Acid is not a B-complex vitamin, but is closely linked to this vitamin complex. Studies show that PABA plays an important role in maintaining skin health and hair pigmentation. PABA is known for its exceptional ability to filter sunlight, which is why it is an important component of many cosmetic products. In fact, sunscreens are substances that help protect the skin from ultraviolet radiation emitted by the sun (U.V.A. and U.V.B.), which by inducing the formation of harmful free radicals accelerate dehydration and aging of the skin.
HOW TO USE
Before applying Vetrolin Shine, we recommend shampooing with Vetrolin Bath or with Vetrolin Body Wash. After removing any water residue, spray a layer of Vetrolin Shine over the entire horse and brush in the fur direction.
