COMPOSITION
Green Soap, Canfora, Salted Methyl, Essential Oils of: Sassofrasso, Lavender, Cedar, Rosemary and Thyme, Alcohol, Water.
INDICATIONS
Vetrolin Liniment is a concentrated linitiation specific to the relaxing and invigorating treatment of musculature. It performs an anti-inflammatory painkiller action by solving joint stiffness and muscle aches caused by intense work. It also stimulates the blood circulation of tarsi (astragali), knee joint and aching tendons. Vetrolin Liniment is a useful support for the technique of defatigating and invigorating massage, since the association between substances that stimulate the blood supply to the muscles and that perform an anti-irritating activity is contained in the right proportion in this preparation.
FEATURES OF ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
The Green Soap is a good fat emulsion and offers the right level of alkaline that makes it effective in removing sebaceous secretions of the skin. Finally, it provides a mild germicid activity.
Canfora is a very useful oil for massages against rheumatic pains and is also used as an adjuvant in massages aimed at muscle re-education.
The salicilate methyl has an anti-irritating, anti-reumatic and analgesic action recognized against joint and muscle pains of various nature.
Sassafras Essential Oil has stimulating, antiseptic properties.
Lavender Essential Oil has many healing properties: anti-inflammatory, calming, vasodilatory, analgesic, antiseptic, scarring.
Cedar Essential Oil has stimulating, antioxidant, fungicide, antiseptic and scarring properties and stimulates circulation.
The essential Rosemary Oil when applied on the affected part, helps in traumatic events, in neuralgia, with hyperemifying and analgesic action.
The essential oil of thyme has antiseptic, balsamic, stimulating, antimicrobial and fungicide action. By reactivating circulation, it is used to relieve muscle and joint pain.
HOW TO USE
Vetrolin Liniment is a concentrated product that should not be used as such, but diluted to the indicated doses.
For relaxing washes dilute 30 ml in 1 litre of hot water. For invigorating massages dilute 100ml in a 1 litre of hot water. Apply generously with a sponge and massage.

Indication for use
Every equine practitioner appreciates the delicate nature of the equine gut. Problems related to the small intestine and large intestine are well understood and routinely treated. What may be surprising is how often the stomach is affected, specifically; the incidence of gastric ulcers is extremely high, particularly in performances horses.
Different studies (post mortem and gastro endoscopes studies) show that 75-89% of horses in active training have gastric Ulcers. The major cause of Gastric Ulcers is prolonged exposure of the squamous mucus to gastric acid. The only protection that the horse stomach has against gastric acid and pepsin comes from saliva production.
Meals of grain or extended periods of fasting lead to excess gastric acid output without adequate saliva production. Intense exercise increases the production of gastric acid even more in a way that the squamous mucosa of the stomach gets thoroughly bathed in acid. Horses with gastric ulcers may show symptoms like a drop in performance; sour attitude; poor hair coat; grinding teeth; picky eater; Weight loss etc.
Treatment of ulcers involves either inhibiting gastric acid secretion, neutralizing the acid produced or protects the squamous mucus from exposure to acid. CAVALOR Gastro Aid provides the nutritional tools to neutralize acid production and stimulate regeneration. You have to be careful of the signals recorded by the horse, such as frequent yawns, drop in performance, harshness in attitudes, hair in bad conditions, frequently gritted teeth, slow feeding with frequent pauses and weight loss.
